For us, baking isn't business, it's a love story.

It all started when my wife and I began dating, and I found myself drawn to the simple magic of transforming flour, water, and yeast into something beautiful and nourishing. What began as a hobby quickly evolved into a passion, so much so that bread making became a cherished part of our lives. It was even included in our wedding vows – my wife sees it as a symbol of the care and dedication I promised to her.

When our son was on his way, my wife shared a heartfelt desire: she wanted the comforting smell of baking bread to be the first aroma to greet him in our home. It was a beautiful moment. Now, watching our son show his own interest in kneading dough and the magic of the oven fills me with a sense of pride and joy.
